Read the active organisation’s cycle MODE (PT-1104): single — one organisation-wide cycle track — or multi. An organisation that never chose (isDefault: true) gets a DERIVED mode: multi if it already owns a project, initiative or multi-project cycle, otherwise single. Requires the same access as the cross-project cycles list.
