The cycle's close-time retrospective (PT-1106), rendered in place. PT records only where the retrospective went; the document is the wiki knowledge-base page it was filed as, fetched — only once one is filed — with the CALLER's forwarded credentials, so the wiki's own tenancy and classification rules decide whether it is readable. Nothing is stored or copied. Same ladder as the project-set burndown route. A multi-project cycle is filed a retrospective only when every project in its set belongs to the same initiative at close (PT-1112); otherwise this arm reads none with reason multi_project_cycle.
